Introduction: This 10 day itinerary explores Alaska’s most beautiful national parks on a loop through expansive wilderness, mountains, rivers, lakes and oceans. First up is Denali National Park, home to Mt. McKinley, the highest mountain in North America. The park offers great hiking opportunities as well as abundant wildlife spotting for bears, moose, caribou and Arctic fox. Then we head to Wrangell St. Elias National Park, the largest park in the United States, which is so big it holds no less than four mountain ranges! Onto Valdez and a ferry across Prince William Sound stopping to admire The Columbia Glacier before carrying on to Seward, our base for exploring the surrounding area and Kenai Fjords National Park. Along the way there are plenty of exciting optional activities such as ice climbing, glacier hiking, rafting, kayaking and biking. So much to do in America's biggest state, and arguably it's most beautiful and as close as you may ever come to nature at its purest.
