Introduction: This two week circuit starts and ends in Victoria Falls, Africa’s adrenalin capital, and home to the mighty Zambezi River and Victoria Falls, the "Smoke that Thunders". 550,000 cubic metres of water cascade down every minute giving rise to an incredible sight and sound. We cross into Botswana and visit Chobe National Park with its large elephant herds. The evening river cruise and game drive give great opportunities for spotting game. Maun is the gateway to the Okavango Delta, where we explore the waterways of this wilderness area by mokoro (traditional canoe). Back in Zimbabwe we visit Rhodes Matopos National Park, the oldest national park in Zimbabwe and home to Cecil Rhodes grave. Here we track rhino and see spectacular scenery and caves containing the paintings of bushmen. Walk with lions at Antelope Park before we continue to Hwange National Park, with its large herds of elephant, buffalo, zebra and large concentration of giraffe. This tour provides great opportunities for adventure sports and wildlife viewing.
