Highlights of Vietnam - Sarah Finch
Our tour guide, Loc, was outstanding. Not only is he a fantastic ambasssador for his country, but he is a wonderful ambassador for Kumuka. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty and, thanks in part to his efforts, I will be booking with Kumuka again.
The tour was very well designed and, once again, the tour leader was outstanding.

Middle East Overland - Megan O'Connor
Thanks to Kumuka for a fantastic five-week trip through Turkey and the Middle East! Our tour leader, Mark, and driver, Johan, did an amazing job, and the overland style was great. Waking up in Wadi Rum or the White Desert, swimming in the Mediterranean at Kekova, snorkelling at the Blue Hole, climbing Mt Sinai under the stars, and seeing Petra by donkey were all incredible experiences... and catching the equinox at Abu Simbel was an added bonus! Thanks also to the great group of fellow-travellers who helped make the trip so special.

We loved the tour and it exceeded our expectations. The tour leader and driver were fantastic - very informative and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this tour - great value, varied itinerary and a fantastic insight into the 'real' India, with the added bonus of tiger sightings! Thank you Kumuka.

Okavango and Falls - Yola Frank-Gray
Our leader and driver, Celia and Jacques, were amazing- kind, helpful, understanding, knowledgable, approachable and so welcoming! I was nervous to travel on my own but their generous nature and warm personalities made it so much easier for me. They made the trip what it was, excellent! I vote for pay rises for both of them!!! :) :) In all seriousness, this tour was absolutely fantastic and I was able to see so many things in such a short amount of time, and make great friends at the same time! Two thumbs up Kumuka!

Everest Base Camp - Kate Desborough
To whom it may concern,
We are writing to express our gratitude to the incredible team of guides and porters on our Everest Base Camp trek (March 7th - 22nd). Ram Adhikari was a knowledgeable and thoughtful guide, who truly went out of his way to ensure our first trekking experience was unforgettable. His interesting anecdotes and information about local culture was the perfect companion to the breathtaking views of the Everest region. When myself (Kate) and others on our trek were ill, he was very attentive (impromptu head massages, need I say more?!) and always made appropriate decisions to ensure our safety. We would absolutely recommend Ram to others undertaking this trek - and will certainly request him as a guide when we next return to Nepal.
Similarly, the rest of the team (Raymond, Hira, Dol and Raj - apologies for my likely spelling errors) were always caring, considerate and smiling on what was a challenging, but always rewarding trek.

European Winter - Jodie Harmston
I will definately be recommending Kumuka to everyone I know!!! Our tour guide Susan and driver Kevin made the experience so relaxing and informative. I couldn't fault anything on the trip, we had an amazing time. For the first major overseas journey it definately exceeded our expectations.

Victoria Falls to The Cape - Sarah Lineham
The knowledge, experience and organsiational skills of Nicholus as tour leader really made this tour the great success that it was. I was extremely impressed that someone so young could organsie things so well and in a manner that was very understated and made the group work well together. In my opinion the contribution he made to the trip (especially in relation to sharing local knowledge and meals) were above what I would have expected even in his role as tour leader. If I knew he was leading a trip I would not hestitate to go.
